Sony Unleashes the PlayStation Move !!

The new Sony PlayStation Move WOW!!! is it a Wiimitation or a Sonyinovation??

The PS Move is said to be the "next generation of motion gaming" and it will work as an extension of the gamer's body. It may look like a clone of Nintendo's Wiimote but it is said to be more precise. It will be using Playstation's Motion Eye Camera to detect movements.

Unlike the Nintendo Wii the PS Move is not only targeting casual gamers but also hardcore gamers. They intend to mix  FPS, RPG and Casual games with the said controller and it's predicted to provide a new gaming experience. There are many videos of PS Move in action and you can watch a video or two by simply typing "PlayStation Move" in Youtube. Below is an example of such vid watch it to your hearts content ^^.

I'm quite impressed with the PlayStation Move I think it has a bright future . If Sony can provide us with good games together with PS Move, it might revolutionize gaming. I hope they won't make the same mistake Nintendo did with the Wii. I bet this year will be the War of Motion Controls. Speaking of motion control Microsoft's Project Natal is awesome but I don't want to waste all my energy playing games hahaha. Imagine playing Street Fighter using Project Natal that would be very interesting and fun at least during the first few hrs and you'll get tired after playing 10 or more rounds.
