First get your download link.
Example:

Step#2
Now just add mgr_dl.php after .com/ and between ?
It should now look like this http://www.megaupload.com/mgr_dl.php?d=39IO6P9E

Step#3
Now copy the new link and paste it to your browser.

Step#4
The download window will pop-up simply click download or save file.
